Blended Learning Klimageographie Humboldt-Universität (BLinK-HU)
The goal of the BLinK-HU project is to raise the blended-learning materials of the climatology department to a new level by complementing, extending and amplifying existing structures while professionalising the content, concept and implementation with specific regard to the needs of Humboldt-University of Berlin. The project consists of the following components:
- Production of short videos (online streams) about specific and more complex contents of the climatology lecture to enable an implementation of the "flipped classroom"-principle using the online-recordings of said lecture
- Development and enhancement of the web-based learning tool KliStap (available only in German) with interactive modules and learning tests on urban climate topics
- Extension of the web-based learning tool "Ann" with further modules
- Composition of a portfolio of web-based exercises for all fields of interest - also as blueprint for work beyond climate geography
- Setup of a an HU-platform in german langugage for web-based learning tool resources in the fields of climatology and climate change
