Curriculum Vitae
Carolin Genz is postdoctoral research fellow and lecturer for urban studies at the department of Cultural and Social Geography at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. As of october 2019 she has been researching at the Collaborative Research Centre 1265 "Re-Figuration of Spaces" as part of the project "Geographic Imaginations". Her main areas of research encompass the critical analysis of urban transformations with a focus on social-spatial practices in the areas of dwelling, resistance/protest, gender and age(ing) as well as the further development of ethnographic methods on the interdisciplinary intersection of urban and spatial research.
