About me

I am a PhD candidate at Wageningen University, the Netherlands in the Environmental Systems Analysis group (ESA). My background is in agriculture and I also studied climate change, development and policy. My PhD focuses on rice agri-food systems which are at the nexus of climate change adaptation, mitigation and sustainable development. I analyse the current rice system and future system's functioning toward sustainability across various spatial scales. I apply system analysis tools and techniques such as stakeholder engagement, fuzzy cognitive mapping, system archetyping, iCLUE land-use modelling etc. During my stay at HU Berlin, I will be working on rice telecoupling dynamics between South East Asia and West Africa.
